Contract Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage contract administration, ensure compliance with project specifications, and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders to drive successful project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage construction contracts and related documentation.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve contractual issues.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies related to contracts.
• Assist in negotiating contract amendments, variations, and claims.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Support procurement and tendering processes as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Contract Engineer or similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of contract laws, construction practices, and project management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in contract management software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment in the UAE.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
