Restaurant Service Crew / Management Trainee

We are looking for F&B Management Trainee to join our team. We are well-established Western / Japanese fusion. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate to serve, communicate, meeting new customers and building a career in F&B industry. Key responsibilities Greet and serve customer warmly and professionally. Use POS system and manage tables reservations. Set up and closing of the restaurant, including daily opening and closing checklist. Learn and understanding restaurant functions and operations. Support daily operations and contribute ideas for service improvement. Assist the Restaurant Manager and team member t ensure seamless operation. Any ad-hoc assigned by the Restaurant Manager. Requirement Service Orientated with a passion to serve. Positive attitude. Good Team Player. Good communicate skill. Minimum 2 years experience.
