Team Leader Logistics & Retail Operations (Part-Time – 20h/week)

We are looking for a hands-on Team Leader to coordinate retail logistics operations in Brussels. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for processing incoming deliveries before store opening hours, ensuring productivity targets and operational deadlines are achieved. This position combines people management, operational support, planning, and communication in a dynamic retail environment.

As a Team Leader, you will oversee the daily processing of incoming merchandise and ensure all products are unpacked and placed correctly before the store opens.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and motivating a team of 10 to 30 handlers.

Coordinating the unpacking, sorting, and merchandising of incoming deliveries.

Maintaining a clear overview of activities across different departments and floors.

Actively supporting operational tasks when required.

Monitoring productivity and ensuring deadlines are met.

Managing planning, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities.

Resolving operational challenges and staffing issues proactively.
