Supervise, coordinate and monitor the works of tradeworks subcontractor to meet the project schedule and ensure installation works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings
Plan, order and monitor the materials on site, control materials wastage and ensure timely delivery of materials
Ability to interprete drawings
Manage of foreign workers
Assign daily tasks to site workers and subcontractors.
Enforce site safety rules and conduct daily safety toolbox meetings.
Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards.
Track daily progress and report delays or issues to project managers.
Coordinate site materials, equipment, and worker allocation.
