We're looking for a Paid Media & Reporting Coordinator to join our marketing team. If you are highly diligent, spreadsheet-fluent and take genuine satisfaction in doing a repeatable process precisely and on time, every time, this could be the role for you. Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on pulling, checking and presenting paid media performance data across Meta, Google, YouTube and Amazon Ads in multiple regions. This is high-trust, high-frequency manual work supporting significant ad spend — it suits someone methodical and reliable who wants to own a process end to end.

Daily Performance Reporting — Complete morning performance checks across Shopify storefronts and Amazon for every region, consolidating the numbers into a single daily view the team can read at a glance.

Paid Media Reporting by Channel & Region — Produce recurring reporting on Meta, Google, YouTube and Amazon Ads campaigns, capturing spend, hook rate, CTR, results and ROAS at campaign and region level.

Data Accuracy & Anomaly Flagging — Check figures inside the ad platforms against reporting outputs, spot discrepancies, tracking gaps or unusual spend patterns, and escalate them clearly and early.

Spend Pacing Checks — Monitor spend cadence across regions and channels, and prepare the weekly spend review pack ahead of the performance meeting so it is ready to be read, not built.

Weekly & Ad Hoc Analysis Prep — Carry out recurring manual calculations (e.g. blended and adjusted ROAS by campaign and region), pull supporting metrics from analytics and attribution tools, and build the charts and graphs used in internal reporting.

Creative & Asset Admin — Log newly launched video and static creative, maintain accurate naming and records after upload, and produce recaps of what is live in each region.

Peak Trading Support — Provide daily, near-real-time reporting during peak periods such as BFCM.

Process Documentation & Improvement — Document each reporting routine as a clear SOP, keep it current, and suggest ways to tighten or partially automate the process over time.

Minimum Qualifications Paid Media Reporting Experience — 2+ years working with paid media data in an in-house, agency or outsourced marketing team, with hands-on exposure to at least two of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Amazon Ads.

Advanced Spreadsheet Skills — Confident in Google Sheets or Excel with formulas, pivot tables, exports and chart building; comfortable maintaining a structured reporting file without breaking it.

Exceptional Attention to Detail — Able to notice when a number looks wrong and trace it back to source, rather than reporting it onwards.

Reliability & Communication — Consistent daily delivery against a fixed schedule, with clear written English and the confidence to flag issues proactively rather than wait to be asked.

Multi-Region Comfort — Able to work across several markets, currencies and storefronts without losing track of which figure belongs where.

Bonus Qualifications E-commerce / DTC Experience — Background supporting a Shopify-based DTC brand or an Amazon seller account.

Attribution & Analytics Tools — Familiarity with tools such as Triple Whale, NorthBeam or similar reporting and attribution platforms.

Dashboarding & Automation — Experience building dashboards (Looker Studio, Sheets-based or similar) or automating recurring data pulls to reduce manual work.

Creative Performance Metrics — Understanding of creative-level metrics such as hook rate, hold rate and thumbstop.
