Job Description 工作描述：

We are seeking a qualified Bojin (拨筋) Therapist with at least 2 years ofhands-on experience in traditional muscle and meridian therapy. The idealcandidate is skilled in using Bojin tools to address muscular tension, improvecirculation, and restore energy balance in accordance with TCM principles. 我们正在招聘一位合格的拨筋理疗师，需具备至少2年传统肌肉及经络调理的实际经验。理想人选应熟练运用拨筋工具，缓解肌肉紧张、促进血液循环，并依据中医理论调理身体能量平衡。

Responsibilities 工作职责：

• Perform Bojin therapy on clients using approved tools andoils along meridian and muscular lines 使用专业工具及精油沿经络及肌肉线条为客户进行拨筋理疗
• Assess client conditions and customize treatment plansaccordingly 评估客户身体状况，并制定个性化疗程方案
• Provide aftercare guidance and recommend complementary TCMpractices 提供疗后护理建议，并推荐相关中医调理方式
• Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure a clean,safe therapy environment 记录完整疗程资料，并保持环境清洁、安全
• Educate clients on the benefits and process of Bojintherapy 向客户讲解拨筋疗法的原理与功效

Requirements 任职要求：

• Minimum 2 years of experience performing Bojin (拨筋) therapy 至少2年拨筋理疗相关经验
• Trained or certified in Bojin, Tuina, or related TCMbodywork 具备拨筋、推拿或相关中医理疗培训或证书
• Strong knowledge of TCM meridian theory andmusculoskeletal anatomy 熟悉中医经络理论及肌肉骨骼结构
• Skilled in manual therapy techniques and responsive toclient comfort 熟练掌握手法技巧，关注客户舒适度
• Professional, clean, and client-focused work ethic 工作态度专业、整洁，并以客户为导向
• Knowledge of other TCM modalities (e.g., Gua Sha, cupping,Tuina) 了解其他中医疗法（如刮痧、拔罐、推拿）者优先
• Familiarity with herbal oils or topical treatments used inBojin 熟悉拨筋常用草药精油或外用产品者优先
