Job Description & Responsibilities 工作内容与职责
- Assist in managing the company's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and othersocial media platforms 协助管理公司Facebook、Instagram、TikTok 及其他社交媒体平台
- Create, schedule, and upload social media posts 制作、安排并发布社交媒体内容
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns andpromotions 协助策划与执行市场推广活动
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, and contentcreators for marketing materials 与摄影师、设计师及内容创作者协调制作市场推广素材
- Liaise with corporate management to coordinate marketingactivities and campaign requirements 与公司管理层沟通，协调市场活动及推广需求
- Reply to basic customer enquiries on social media whenrequired 在需要时回复社交媒体上的客户咨询
- Update marketing materials, promotional posters, anddigital content 更新市场推广资料、海报及数码内容
- Assist during roadshows, events, live streaming, andproduct launches 协助路演、活动、直播及产品发布
- Monitor social media performance and prepare simplereports 监测社交媒体表现并准备简单报告
- Keep up with social media trends and suggest new contentideas 关注社交媒体趋势并提出新内容创意
- Support the Marketing Department with daily administrativetasks 协助市场部日常行政工作
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management 完成管理层安排的其他任务
Requirements 任职要求
- Diploma or equivalent qualification 大专或同等学历
- Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and othersocial media platforms 熟悉Facebook、Instagram、TikTok 等社交媒体平台
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or simple photo/videoediting is an advantage 具备 Canva、CapCut 或基础图片/视频编辑技能者优先
- Creative, responsible, and willing to learn 有创意、有责任心，愿意学习
- Good communication and teamwork skills 具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines 能独立完成工作并按时完成任务
