Waitress

Responsibilities:

Welcome and attend to guests professionally. Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area. Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints. Process bills and support smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Neat appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
