Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities Able to handle/support AR/AP daily jobs (ie process payment and update system) and other finance related activities.

Perform regular supplier statement reconciliations, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and assist with month-end closing procedures.

Support Corporate Management compilation data & reports.

Other Ad hoc support as at when required.

Requirements Education: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Experience: Fresh graduates with a strong academic background or professionals with up to 1–2 years of accounting experience.

Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles, proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)/Google Sheet/Power point, and familiarity with accounting & ERP systems (e.g. SAP & Cargowise) is an advantage.
