Job Summary We seek an experienced nurse to manage and train new candidates in a caregiver program, delivering hybrid training modules and supporting overseas training every three months. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the training of fresh candidates in the caregiver program to ensure competency development Deliver hybrid training modules effectively to accommodate diverse learning needs Coordinate and participate in overseas training sessions every three months to complete training requirements Apply nursing expertise to guide and support trainees throughout the program
