Business Analyst - Automotive

WeQuel is looking for a Business Analyst – Program & Financial Analytics We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst for assignments within the automotive industry. You will work embedded in large-scale transformation programs, providing analytical insights that support strategic decision-making at program and management level. This is a role for someone who is comfortable working with both numbers and people – translating complex data into clear, actionable reporting for senior stakeholders in a demanding industrial environment. We are looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following: 5+ years of experience in business analysis, program analytics, or financial analytics

Developing dashboards, KPI frameworks, and management reporting models

Analyzing cost structures, operational performance, and program delivery data

Monitoring performance against targets and identifying risks or deviations

Working in large transformation programs within automotive or manufacturing

Presenting data-driven insights to senior stakeholders and leadership teams

Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent BI tools

Meritorious: Experience from the automotive industry or other regulated manufacturing environments

Background in financial planning, budgeting, or program controlling

Experience working in cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams

Location: Södertälje Language requirements: Fluent English required, Swedish is a merit
