In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.

The Basics

Location: Swedesboro, NJ (Onsite) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: We offer a 4 day 10 hours shift: Monday–Friday: 8:00 am - 6:30 pm; 8:30 am- 7:00 pm; 10:00 am - 7:00 (Please note that not all shifts may be available upon hire.) Compensation: $18.00/hour Benefits: Eligible

How You’ll Make an Impact

Pick and pack pre-packaged medications quickly and accurately

Print and apply prescription labels while ensuring pharmacy compliance

Use scanners and software systems to process and verify orders

Prepare shipments including packing slips, labels, and packaging materials

Ship orders through UPS, USPS, or designated courier services

Maintain high standards for order accuracy, quality, and productivity

Assist with inventory receiving and basic warehouse tasks when needed

Identify issues, communicate with the team, and help resolve problems quickly

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED

Willing to obtain a NJ Pharmacy Technician License (we will train you!)

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Strong basic math skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
