About the Role

If you enjoy working with equipment, figuring out what’s wrong, and getting systems back up and running—this role is for you.

We’re looking for someone who prefers hands-on work over sitting behind a desk. You’ll be out in the field, handling real devices, solving real problems, and making sure everything works the way it should.

What you’ll be doing

Set up and configure two-way radio systems

Program and troubleshoot analog and IP radios

Diagnose hardware and connectivity issues

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance

Test signal strength and overall system performance

Replace and install components (batteries, antennas, cables)

Provide on-site support when needed

Keep clear records of work done

What we’re looking for

1–3 years experience in electronics, telecom, or field technical work

Background in ECE, Engineering, IT, or related field

Comfortable troubleshooting devices and using testing tools

Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers, switches)

Willing to travel for field assignments

With a valid Driver's License
