Plan and manage logistics, transportation, warehouse, and customer service operations.
Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of logistics personnel.
Oversee inventory control, order processing, and distribution operations.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage budgets, reports, and logistics KPIs.
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems to track SKU-level data, ensuring real-time visibility for the sales team regarding "In-Stock" availability.
Work closely with the Sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Manage repair and maintenance for warehouse and overall building facility.
Schedule delivery and pick-up of goods. Ensure trucks are loaded effectively to balance weight (beverages are heavy!) and protect fragile cargo during transit.
Implement cycle count reports on monthly basis, strictly enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols to minimize “dumping” or stock write-offs due to expired beverages
Organize warehouse in proper and efficient manner and annual stock-take.
Always Liaise and support management on specific programs and targets.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
Certification in logistics or supply chain and Custom declarant certificate will be a plus.
At least 10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Proven track record of managing logistics operations.
Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Possess excellent leadership and motivational skills, team player and ensure cost-effective and high-performance logistics processes.
Work as a team to assist in hands-on picking and packing of goods when necessary.
Must be able to work overtime and weekends, if necessary.
