Your tasks

The Sales Associate/Brand Associate drives sales and service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment, manages order fulfilment, and supports store operations to create a seamless customer experience across boutique and digital channels.

• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive in-store experience for every customer
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and upselling techniques
• Execute customer orders accurately and efficiently to support seamless fulfilment
• Resolve after-sales customer issues professionally to maintain satisfaction
• Manage inventory and conduct stock counts following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain boutique cleanliness, visual displays, and store standards consistently
• Navigate and operate omnichannel systems, including loyalty programs and order management, to support sales and customer engagement
• Provide ad hoc marketing support such as content capture and event coordination as needed
• Collaborate effectively with team members to uphold a positive and productive work environment
• Work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including weekdays, weekends, and shifts, to support store operations

Requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and team members
• Comfortable using systems and processes in a fast-paced retail environment
• Proactive and positive attitude with a team-player mindset
