As a Credit Reporting Expert, you will represent a global leader in property data and insurance solutions, providing customer service and technical support via phone. Youll assist businesses and consumers with credit and insurance-related inquiries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will handle disputes, verify data, and deliver timely resolutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the friendly frontline for customers, answering insurance and credit queries with warmth and expertise over the phone.
• Walk clients through credit report details, claim statuses, or system glitches with a steady, helpful hand.
• Sync up with your team to tackle tough questions and keep support flowing without a hitch.
• Forge solid connections with callers by tuning into their insurance concerns and delivering spot-on answers.
• Spot recurring issues in calls to suggest fresh ways to make the customer experience even better.

Requirements

• Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site
• Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
• Language: English B2 Spoken & Written (CEFR).
• Background Check: Must pass a local and international criminal record check (BGC).
• Employment Verification: Required.
• Legal Documentation: NIT & DPI
