Production Engineer

TT Furniture (Tarek Trade) is hiring a "Production Engineer" in a 1500 SQM factory located in Inhas, Obour City with a fixed salary + KPI (based on production results). The ideal candidate MUST be experienced in the furniture field only . He will own the entire production process. He will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. They will also run quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products

Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay

Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand

Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations

Schedule shifts according to production needs

Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget

Address issues when they arise, aiming for minimum disruption

Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives, etc.)

Prepare and submit status and performance reports

Keep paperwork organized

Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of production experience

Strong organizational and managerial skills

Ability to handle pressure and work in a factory environment
