REFRIGERATION AND AIRCONDITIONING TECHNICIAN

REFRIGERATION TECHNIACIAL TEAM LEADER

1. Ensures no incident of refrigeration machine/facility breakdown and unavailability of personnel to non-attainment of production capacity.
2. Implements Refrigeration PM program as scheduled
3. Complies to the identified standard operational cost of Refrigeration equipment and facilities
4. Ensures that zero incident pf substandard Refrigeration utilities output
5. Complies to the acceptable contribution to the overall manufacturing
6. Ensures no valid customer complaint traceable to Refrigeration activities
7. Ensures that no valid customer complaint/concerns from counterpart department that had adversity affect the operation (external).
8. Ensures that there are not more than two (2) incidents of Valid complaint/concerns from counterpart that had adversely affect the operations (external).
9. Complies with the submission of the requested documents within 24 hours
10. Attains Standard Closure Rating of Refrigeration SIR
11. Submits FSSC Related reports timely
12. Attains 100% attendance and 85% passing rate in FSSC Training
13. Ensures zero incident of non-achievement of FSSC related program targets (5s, GMP, etc.)
14. Zero incident of Refrigeration machine breakdown/damage traceable to negligence of the operator.
15. Ensures no incident of unreported Refrigeration facilities/machine with damage or not in good working condition.
16. Ensures compliance with the GWP and Safety Protocols

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Vocational / Technology Graduate in HAC or Engineering Mechanical / Electrical
• With at least 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Maintenance
