Customer Success Executive Trainee

Your tasks

• Support customer relationship management and ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
• Create reports and dashboards for customer performance tracking
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
• Monitor KPIs such as retention, engagement, and churn

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related fields preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in data tools such as SQL, Python/R, Tableau, or Power BI
• Ability to handle and interpret large datasets
• Good communication and teamwork skills
