- Support customer relationship management and ensure customer satisfaction

- Create reports and dashboards for customer performance tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Monitor KPIs such as retention, engagement, and churn
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related fields preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in data tools such as SQL, Python/R, Tableau, or Power BI
- Ability to handle and interpret large datasets
- Good communication and teamwork skills
