Corporate Legal Support & Advisory

Provide legal advice on international corporate matters, including governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

Assess and mitigate legal risks associated with global business operations.

Ensure compliance with international laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Contract Management & Documentation

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with international customers, suppliers, and business partners.

Ensure that contractual agreements align with international legal requirements and business objectives.

Assist in preparing print-ready legal documents for senior management review.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

Monitor legal and regulatory developments in key international markets.

Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and international compliance regulations.

Liaise with external legal counsel and specialists to resolve complex legal matters.

Negotiation & Stakeholder Relations

Participate in contract negotiations and global business transactions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key international stakeholders.

Represent the company in international legal matters and meetings.

General Responsibilities

Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.

Experience in international corporate law, contract negotiation, and compliance.

Background in cross-border legal transactions and risk management.

Experience in drafting general and commercial contracts is required.

Strong knowledge of corporate and business law.

Excellent knowledge of English is required.

Familiarity with consumer law and regulatory compliance is an advantage.

Proficiency in legal documentation and contract management tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree in Law is an advantage).

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in corporate legal processes, contract negotiation, and compliance.
