SOCAT LLC is looking for an experienced, proactive and results-driven HSE Manager to lead our Health, Safety & Environment function across our operations in Oman. Key Responsibilities • Lead, coach and manage HSE officers across multiple operational sites. • Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments. • Ensure compliance with Omani regulations, client requirements and international HSE standards. • Drive incident investigations, root cause analysis and timely closure of corrective actions. • Strengthen food safety, occupational health and workplace safety practices. • Develop and deliver practical HSE awareness and training programs. • Work closely with Operations and clients to improve safety performance. • Build a proactive safety culture with measurable results.

Your tasks

• Proven experience in HSE management, preferably within catering, hospitality, facilities management or industrial services. • Recognized HSE qualifications, preferably NEBOSH. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Demonstrated experience managing HSE teams across multiple locations. • Ability and willingness to travel regularly to remote operational sites across Oman. • Strong knowledge of incident investigation, risk management and corrective action processes. • Confident in dealing with clients, operational teams and regulatory authorities.
