Spang Builders has an exciting opportunity available for a Project Manager to join our well established, high-end residential construction company based in Kennebunkport, Maine.
The Project Manager will have extensive residential construction knowledge and willingness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment managing one of a kind, highly custom projects

Salary $100k- $130k commensurate with experience
Requirement of the Project Manager: Extensive knowledge of high-end residential custom home building / renovations
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, staff, subcontractors and vendors
Strong time and task management skills
Computer / technology proficiency (BuilderTrend or similar estimating software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent people skills
Ability to work as a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple task
Responsibilities of the Project Manager: Manage project schedules, plan and schedule subcontractors
Manage crew(s) to ensure proper safety protocols, craftsmanship and project progression
Effectively communicate with multiple levels including customers, subcontractors, vendors, technicians and internal teams
Daily communication with other project managers, subcontractors and vendors
Collaboration with owner, co-workers, customers and various subcontractors/vendors to ensure project financial budgets are followed
Track and understand project limitations
Identify and create change orders in a timely manner
Management and oversight of multiple properties and projects
Manage crew to ensure property safety protocols and craftsmanship
Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions
Collaborate with various municipalities and understanding of permitting processes
