Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate M&E service installation on site according to approved coordination drawings to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Liaise effectively with consultants to address all matters related to M&E works and facilitate smooth project execution
- Participate actively in technical and site meetings to contribute to project planning and issue resolution
- Assess and resolve technical or site issues related to M&E drawings and works by collaborating with consultants and subcontractors
- Supervise on-site work progress to maintain quality and schedule adherence
- Maintain project schedules and coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Resolve site installation conflicts promptly to minimize delays and disruptions
- Arrange M&E system inspections and clearances with M&E RTO and RE to meet regulatory and project requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction-related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HDB BTO projects within the building construction industry

- Strong motivation, independence, initiative, and responsibility in managing tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively
