Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Provide study abroad consulting services based on company guidelines.
• Understand client background and needs to design suitable study plans.

• Assist students in preparing and submitting applications to Singapore/International universities.
• Maintain and follow up with clients.

Requirements

• Communicate effectively with students and parents — clients are from China, so the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both students and their parents is important.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above
• 2+ years in a study abroad agency; familiar with Singapore’s international/public/private schools.

• Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English; responsible and professional.
• Able to work under pressure and learn quickly.

Other

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Work Location: near Macpherson MRT
