Senior Backend Developer (Java)

Scale Tech is a Lithuanian software development and outsourcing agency working with clients across Lithuania, Europe, and the US. For this position, we are partnering with a Lithuanian FinTech client and hiring an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join a long-term project.

What we're looking for: We are looking for a senior-level engineer who:

Has strong experience with Java and Spring Boot

Understands API design and integrations

Has experience working with PostgreSQL databases

Is comfortable working with AWS cloud services

Can work independently in a remote environment

Communicates effectively within international teams

Takes ownership and contributes to technical decisions
