Your tasks

• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and supervise the bar team to maintain high service standards.
• Demonstrate strong wine knowledge and expertise, actively engaging with guests and providing product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized wine experiences.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and service.
• Manage beverage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain beverage menus in line with the restaurant's concept and standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally.

Requirements

• WAJIB SUDAH BERDOMISILI DI BALI // Must currently reside in Bali.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Bar Manager or similar supervisory role at semi fine dining, fine dining, 4 star hotel or established venue.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in wine, including the ability to confidently engage with guests, explain wine selections, and provide recommendations.
• Good knowledge of beverage operations, inventory management, cost control, and stock management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a strong understanding of hospitality and service standards.
• Fluent in English.
