Your tasks

Description Cook A’ at Santikos Collection is never just a cook.

They are the hands behind every carefully prepared dish, the creativity behind every flavour, and the person who turns quality ingredients into something worth remembering.

• Prepare and present dishes according to the hotel's quality and presentation standards.
• Organize daily food preparation and ensure the smooth operation of the assigned kitchen section.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and established preparation procedures.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
• Monitor ingredient quality, minimize food waste, and handle kitchen supplies responsibly.
• Contribute to a positive team environment, especially during busy service periods.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cook A’ or in a similar position within a hotel or professional restaurant kitchen.
• Good knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and collaborate with a team.
• A positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine passion for gastronomy.
• Good command of English will be considered an asset.
