Brand Sales Advisor

Key Accountabilities: Responsible for achieving sales targets, as well as identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate/relevant products.

Present the company professionally and decently.

Duties: Guide customers through our products and services.

Achieve agreed-upon sales targets.

Cross-sell and upsell products.

Making free trials for all the products to customers.

Ensure a high level of Customer Satisfaction.

Develop strong, ongoing relationships with customers.

Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.

Manage the stock of products in the accounts’ warehouses.

Organize and set up products at our point of sale.

Any task that the direct manager requires.

High degree is required.

1-2 years of experience.

Good English level.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
