Position Title: Hostess Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 8,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus shared tips Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based hospitality group operating a portfolio of distinctive international F&B concepts. Job Description: • Welcome and greet guests warmly, verify reservations and ensure a smooth, personalized arrival experience. • Manage guest seating, walk-in inquiries, waiting lists, and table availability in coordination with the reservations and floor teams. • Recognize returning guests, accommodate special requests and provide professional, attentive service to VIPs and first-time visitors. • Maintain composure during busy evening services, communicate accurate waiting times and handle guest concerns with confidence and professionalism.

• Female candidates of European, Arabic, or CIS nationality, aged 30 and below, minimum of 2 years of guest relations experience in a busy restaurant, premium bar, or lifestyle hotel. • Excellent English communication skills with a warm, engaging personality. • Proven ability to manage guest arrivals, reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists during peak service. • Strong interpersonal skills, guest awareness, and the ability to adapt communication styles to different guests.
