At ROONA, we believe the right voices can amplify our brand. We’re looking for a KOL Specialist who loves building relationships, understands content, and knows how to turn collaborations into real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, recruit, and onboard KOLs that align with our brand
• Manage end-to-end KOL collaborations (briefing, negotiation, execution, and follow-up)
• Maintain strong relationships with KOLs and ensure ongoing engagement
• Monitor and track KOL performance (views, engagement, conversions)
• Ensure content output meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign materials and timelines
• Analyze campaign results and provide insights for improvement

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Social Media in Beauty industry
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Experienced in handling KOL collaborations and negotiations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track and analyze performance
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns
• Proactive, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
