Customer Services Administrator

The Role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will manage customer orders and enquiries while providing a professional and efficient service throughout the customer journey. You will take ownership of accounts and work closely with internal departments to ensure customers receive the highest level of support.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer sales orders and manage customer enquiries via telephone, email and web channels.
- Allocate stock against orders and monitor delivery schedules.
- Liaise with courier companies regarding deliveries and resolve any issues that arise.
- Keep customers informed of order progress, stock availability and delivery updates.
- Manage the order process and queries from start to finish.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues while building strong relationships.

- Previous customer service or administration experience.
- Confident telephone and email communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
