Principal

Manage daily billing and collection activities to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
Prepare and issue invoices, billing statements, and payment reminders.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and update payment statuses.
Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.
Coordinate with internal departments and customers to address billing and payment issues.
Prepare regular billing, collection, and accounts receivable aging reports.
Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in the financial system.
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Support month-end closing activities and contribute to process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and established financial procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in billing, collection, or accounts receivable.
Experience in property management or real estate is an advantage.
Good understanding of billing procedures, payment reconciliation, and collection processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software or ERP systems.
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Responsible, proactive, and possesses strong professional integrity.
