Job Details 📍 Location: Puri - Jakarta Barat 🕐 Work Type: Onsite 📅 Experience: Min 4 Years 📝 Note: Must have a pure Business Analyst background. Project Manager or System Analyst roles will not be considered.

🧑‍💻 Your Responsibilities ▪️ Provide solutions aligned with business goals. ▪️ Act as the link between business teams and IT developers. ▪️ Conduct Gap Analysis and define system requirements. ▪️ Analyze and recommend process improvements. ▪️ Prepare and execute SIT tests; support UAT. ▪️ Proactively identify and report project risks. ▪️ Prepare core documentation (BRD, Business Case, UAT sign-off).

🔍 What We Need 🔹 Min. 4 years experience as a Business Analyst. 🔹 Strong understanding of Project Management principles. 🔹 Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). 🔹 Experience in solution design. 🔹 Excellent skills in risk identification and mitigation. 🔹 Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
