Senior Project Engineer (HVAC)

Strong fundamental knowledge of HVAC system, equipment (Chiller / AHU and FCU replacement) and Control logic (BMS system) At least 5 yrs experience in retrofitting jobs. Expecting night work for AHU and FCU replacement. Ensuring that replacement schedule agreed between the client and the contractor prior to each project commencing, updated as required to meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft software (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Ability to communicating and present work procedure (Method Of Statement) to customer. Project documentation and ability to produce quality Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
