Customer Service - Survey Officer (Corporate Survey)

Mon - Fri, 83am - 6pm (Flexible with OT/ Weekend Work)

Location: Havelock

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods
• Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity
• Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone
• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g. Excel)
• Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets
• Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation
• Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion
• Review and correct (“clean”) survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities
• Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide valid reasons for any deviations
• Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
