Technical Support Mobile Engineer

Analyze all technical problems and customer complaints.

Share technical information with all departments.

Allocate technicians across service centers.

Coordinate with the Maintenance Department.

Coordinate with the Warehouse Department regarding accessory and spare parts pricing.

Collect and report all software and hardware issues to the Quality Department in China.

Publish and communicate all software-related updates and news.

Train staff and conduct technical assessments for new hires.

Prepare and submit regular reports to the manager.

Bachelor degree in Engineering

Min 1-2 Years Experience in Mobile Maintenance

V.good English language command.

Solid Experience in Mobile Repairing

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Mature experience in team leadership with at least 20 local team management .
