Account Executive – BTL, Activations & Events

Your tasks

OffBeat is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring the successful execution of BTL campaigns, brand activations, and events

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure effective day-to-day communication.

• Understand client briefs, requirements, and objectives.

• Coordinate with internal teams, including Creative, Production, Operations, and other departments, to ensure smooth project execution.

• Follow up on project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and project reports.

• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and requests professionally.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.

• Identify opportunities to develop existing accounts and support business growth.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an agency; BTL experience is a must.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively within a team.

• Good command of English, written and spoken.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
