Job Scope Attend to customers and understand their car-buying needs Introduce and recommend suitable vehicles to customers Arrange and conduct vehicle viewings and test drives Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and promotions Handle sales enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media Follow up with potential customers and maintain good customer relationships Negotiate prices and close sales Assist customers with financing, insurance, and vehicle documentation Prepare sales quotations and necessary paperwork Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs Keep updated on available stock, promotions, and automotive market trends Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships Requirements: Motivated, hardworking, and target-driven Good communication and customer service skills Sales experience preferred, but training can be provided Valid driving licence preferred
