Customer Service (Japanese Speaking)

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with Japanese customers regarding

product development activities.

• Monitor sample development progress and footwear production

processes.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product quality meets

customer requirements.

• Follow up on the delivery of materials, cartons, and sample production.
• Support product development and customer service-related activities.
• Japanese proficiency at N2 level or above (mandatory).
• Basic English communication skills.
• Experience in order management, customer service, or the footwear

industry is an advantage.

• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with at least 1 year of working
