QC Supervisor

1. Ensure of the quality assurance of plastic product and rubber product for delivery to customer.
2. Possess leadership skills to control and guide of appearance inspection of product plastic ,Rubber .
3. Establish the stadardization of detection defect .
4. Implemented the quailty control activity for reduce customer claim.
5. Implemented of quality system ISO9001/IATF16949,APQP,PPAP,Control plan,FMEA ,SPC,MSA ,SOC .
6. Implemented of quality system ISO14001

1. Analysis of problem solving by 8D,Why why analysis of case defect flowout to customer.
2. Communication quality issues in-process include issue NCR of case Abnormal .
3. Supplier quality control since New model to mass production ,Issue NCR to supplier of quality trouble.
4. Internal auditor and supplier auditor
5. Supplier evaluation.
6. Control of calibration of Measuring equipment ,Jig ,Electric checker and sample master test.

Qualifications: Male, Female age 30 years old up, Thai Nationality. Male : 165 cm up / 55-70 kgs. , Female : 155 cm.up / 45-65 kgs. Diploma up or Experience 5 year up in Quality assurance supervisor level Experienced of quality assurance of plastic injection process, assembly product , Rubber comprssion process and measurment minimum 3 years up in automotive industry.
