Event Executive (Balloons and Gifting)

Has a positive attitude, is dependable, and enjoys working as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities Prepare, inflate, assemble, and arrange helium and air-filled balloons. Pack and quality-check balloon orders before dispatch. Set up balloon decorations on-site, including wedding aisle burst balloons, balloon arches, backdrops, and corporate event décor. Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and installations. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation of the production area. Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring stock levels are sufficient. Assist in improving operational efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements & Qualifications Able to work at least one weekend day every week . 5.5 days per week. Positive, cheerful, and dependable personality. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during festive seasons. Fast learner with a willingness to continuously improve. Organised, punctual, and responsible. Able to work independently with minimal supervision after training. No prior experience is required and we provide comprehensive training. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and perseverance. Physically fit and comfortable with standing, lifting, and moving event materials when required. At least Diploma and above.
