Description
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans with accuracy.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor financial performance and report on variances to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Support the accounting and finance department with ad-hoc projects and tasks.
Profile
A successful Part Qualified/Studying Finance Business Partner should have:
- A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including spreadsheets and accounting software.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £38,000 to £40,000, dependent on the level of experience.
