Your tasks
Coordinate and supervise M&E construction site works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality timelines while supporting project and site managers in documentation and stakeholder liaison.
- Coordinate site activities and liaise with consultants, clients, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project implementation
- Assist project and site managers in maintaining accurate project documentation and tracking progress
- Perform site inspections to verify work compliance with project specifications and approved construction drawings
- Supervise site works to achieve quality standards within specified timelines
- Enforce compliance with WSHA regulations, safe work procedures, and maintain good housekeeping on site
- Collaborate proactively with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of quality workmanship
- Lead and delegate tasks effectively to a team of workers to meet project objectives
- Prepare cost estimations, quantity take-offs, and cost evaluations to support tendering processes
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success
