Operations Manager- Call Center

We are Hiring: Operations Manager ????

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and Supervise Call Center Operations

• Ensure team targets and KPIs are achieved

• Monitor performance and drive operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Collections and Quality within Call Center environment

• Previous experience handling US/English Accounts is a must

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Male candidates only

• Willing to work Overnight Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
