Regional Sales Manager
Manage the company’s chain-pharmacy business within the assigned territory and deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Lead, coach, train, and evaluate Key Account Managers (KAMs) to improve productivity, capabilities, and performance.
Develop and execute regional sales, distribution, promotional, and trade-activity plans aligned with the company’s commercial strategy.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor execution standards, ensure strategy compliance, and provide practical support to the team.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing actionable recommendations and corrective plans.
Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments to ensure product availability and smooth business operations.
Analyze sales performance, align targets with customer payment plans, manage receivables and overdue balances, ensure timely collection, and submit weekly and monthly reports covering results, risks, insights, and action plans.
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Veterinary Medicine.
3–5 years of experience as a Medical Representative, with a minimum of 3–4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to drive performance and results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with advanced reporting and presentation skills.
High level of business acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
