Responsibilities Enabling delivery Enable and facilitate cross-functional teams to deliver valuable outcomes aligned with business priorities, across software, product, contact centre, operational and business change delivery.

Facilitate the planning and coordination of delivery activities across multiple teams and pull together a cohesive delivery approach with the team rather than imposing one.

Create and maintain a delivery plan alongside the wider team, then track, report and share progress openly against it.

Provide delivery assurance: assess delivery status honestly and highlight and help eliminate anything that threatens to destabilise delivery.

Monitor delivery progress and identify risks, dependencies and impediments, working collaboratively to resolve them and putting strategies in place to reduce them recurring.

Take an idea from a stakeholder at inception and facilitate it right through to implementation, live operation and benefit realisation, including engagement with business change and operational teams.

Ceremonies, facilitation and visualising the work Facilitate the full rhythm of delivery ceremonies both remotely and in person, including daily stand-ups, planning, backlog refinement, reviews and demonstrations, retrospectives, and cross-team coordination sessions. Keep them purposeful, well attended and genuinely useful, and adapt the format when it stops serving the team.

Help teams visualise their work so that flow, priorities, blockers and progress are obvious at a glance. This includes maintaining clear and current delivery boards, making work in progress and bottlenecks visible, and using simple measures such as flow, cycle time and throughput to prompt better conversations.

Ensure that extended delivery teams practise the core principles of collaboration, prioritisation and visibility every day.

Run workshops and collaborative sessions that bring people together, surface differences of view early, and reach decisions the group can commit to.

Facilitate teams made up of colleagues from LIPS Healthcare, partners, suppliers and third parties, creating one team feel across organisational boundaries.

Coaching and team development Coach and support teams in adopting agile and lean ways of working, enabling self-management, ownership, accountability and high performance.

Create a working environment where the team can self-manage, take responsibility, innovate, experiment and learn, including learning from things that do not go to plan.

Coach individuals and teams at all organisational levels to embed continuous improvement into their normal ways of working, not as a separate initiative.

Advocate for effective ways of working both inside and outside the team, helping stakeholders understand how and why the team works the way it does.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, accountability, psychological safety and collaboration.

Stakeholders, outcomes and adoption Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities, delivery objectives and expected business outcomes.

Work with an array of roles including technical, clinical, operational, business, research and product stakeholders to align and enable them to achieve successful outcomes.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with relevant stakeholders across the organisation and with external partners.

Encourage iterative delivery, continuous feedback and value-driven decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Support the successful adoption and operational transition of delivered solutions by collaborating with business, operational and change stakeholders, so that value is realised in practice and not just at go live.

Build contextual awareness of other delivery teams, products and services, and understand how they affect and are affected by your team's work.
