Paediatric Occupational Therapist - MEAP

Job Title: Paediatric Occupational Therapist - MEAP Location: Manchester Pay Rate: £35 per hour Working Pattern: Flexible - some visits may be required before/after school.

Liquid Personnel is currently seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist in Multidisciplinary Education Assessment Panel (MEAP) to join our client in Manchester.

Responsibilities:

Provide specialist assessments for disabled children across the city, focusing on bespoke equipment and major/minor adaptations

Carry out safety assessments and holistic evaluations to determine appropriate moving and handling equipment

Manage a caseload and complete monthly allocated cases

Work closely with children’s services, health professionals, and hospital colleagues

Deliver succinct, comprehensive reports and maintain accurate documentation using IT systems

Travel city-wide to conduct home visits, including outside standard hours when necessary

Qualified Occupational Therapist with paediatric experience

Skilled in the provision of specialist equipment and adaptations

Strong communication, empathy, and case management skills

Excellent IT proficiency and report writing ability

Full driving licence and flexibility with working hours
