Your tasks

Be a key member of our lively pub team, delivering excellent hospitality by mixing drinks, managing orders, supporting colleagues, and creating memorable guest experiences in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Greet guests warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere and encourage repeat visits
• Take customer orders accurately and serve drinks promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
• Mix and prepare drinks and cocktails following established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas to uphold hygiene standards
• Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and manage sales records
• Manage inventory by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages to maintain supply
• Support team members by sharing knowledge and guiding newer staff to improve overall service quality
• Stay calm and maintain a positive attitude during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
• Work flexible evening shifts, including weekdays and Saturdays, to meet business needs
• Build rapport with diverse customers to enhance their experience and foster loyalty

Requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1-2 years of pub or bar experience preferred to contribute to efficient service delivery
• Demonstrated ability to provide friendly, professional service with a genuine smile
