PROJECT MANGER

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end residential & commercial renovation projects from kickoff to final handover
• Develop work schedules, arrange workflows, coordinate manpower & materials; ensure on-time delivery
• Oversee construction quality, site safety & budget control; resolve on-site issues and address client feedback promptly
• Liaise with clients, designers, suppliers and construction teams to ensure smooth communication
• Maintain complete project records, daily site logs and inspection/acceptance documents

Requirements

• Age 28–50, High School / Secondary or above; Minimum 3 years’ experience in renovation project management
• Sound knowledge of renovation construction techniques, materials and acceptance standards; able to read construction drawings
• Strong communication & coordination skills, highly responsible, adaptable, able to solve site issues independently
• Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations & safety standards is a plus; Valid local driving license is a plus
• Clean employment record; committed to long-term partnership preferred
